Christmas
We have been rearing our own turkeys on the family farm in Newtownards
for more than 15 years and select only the best slow-growing strains which grow to maturity over 5- 6 months.
The breeds which we use are those renowned for their broad-breasted quality and good old-fashionned flavour and texture.
The welfare of the turkeys is of paramount importance and we ensure that the turkeys have freedom of movement, comfort and shelter. Its all about rearing the turkey in the best possible way with a focus on heating, lighting, feeding and watering.

We offer both traditional white and bronze turkeys and you can then decide which is the best way for you to have your turkey prepared :-

Collecting your Turkey
When you collect your turkey you will be provided with a cooking probe to help cook your turkey to perfection. We also provide advice on preparing and cooking your turkey and recipe ideas for leftovers.
Other Christmas Fayre includes gammon, capons, duck and ox tongue and we have a great range of alternative
meal ideas for Boxing Day and New Year such as Sirloin-on-the-Bone, Rib on the Bone, Leg of Lamb Roasts.
We also offer a full range of locally sourced vegetables for a traditional Christmas dinner and a selection of
dessert ideas and party food to suit all tastes.
